Film and television aficionados know this time of year as awards season. At Ruby Has Fulfillment, instead of looking ahead to awards yet to be given, as we charge ahead in this new year we want to recognize our amazing team for the awards they earned in 2021.

Before we look at specific awards this commitment to excellence earned in 2021, we are thrilled to recognize the various esteemed ecommerce industry lists that Ruby Has once again landed on this past year.

Since 2018, Ruby Has Fulfillment has been consistently selected as one of the fastest growing companies in New York, according to Crain’s New York Business. Each year Crain’s Fast 50 awards 50 of the most innovative, successful New York-based companies that have demonstrated extraordinary three-year revenue growth.

Also since 2018, Ruby Has Fulfillment has been listed each year under Multichannel Merchant’s Top Third Party Logistics Services. The publication has recognized Ruby Has in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 among the leading 3PL providers in its annual directory, which determines rankings based on industry experience, services offered, capabilities, and performance.

Meanwhile, since 2016 Ruby Has Fulfillment has been ranked by Inc. 5000 as one of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America, ranking #1,108 in 2021 – a significant rise from the previous year’s ranking of #1,363. This listing was the result of an impressive growth rate of 438%, which again is a huge increase from the previous year’s growth rate of 327.83%. This marks the sixth consecutive year Inc. 5000 has acknowledged our ecommerce fulfillment company for its explosive growth.

Moving past lists to get into the nitty gritty of individual awards, in the first half of 2021 Ruby Has was selected for several honors that celebrate the 3PL’s different successes and contributions to the ecommerce and fulfillment space. Including:

• Ruby Has was listed in Inc. 5000 Regionals NY Metro. The 5000 Regionals are rankings of the fastest growing companies in a particular region. The companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent.
• Linnworks named Ruby Has as their Partner of the Quarter for Q1 2021. Linnworks automation capabilities streamline workflows for inventory management across multiple channels. The company integrates with Ruby Has Fulfillment for a complete order management process. Winners of this honor are measured by the number and size of referrals and the number of joint deals closed.
• The Excellence in Customer Service Award recognized Ruby Has for helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.

As the year progressed and Covid continued to pose challenges to the ecommerce industry, Ruby Has was honored with the Bronze Stevie Award presented by the American Business Awards for Covid-19 Response. This award recognizes that Ruby Has stepped up during COVID-19, making employee safety a top priority and providing vast amounts of PPE to those in need. For example, RH and Nanoleaf kickstarted their Covid response in 2020 by donating 52,000 masks to people in need.

Moving on to the summer of 2021, Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) announced that Ruby Has Fulfillment Founder and CEO Rafael Zakinov was named an Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2021 New York Award finalist. Now in its 35th year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year program honors unstoppable business leaders whose ambition, ingenuity, and courage in the face of adversity help catapult us from the now to next and beyond.

As fall approached, in September 2021 Ruby Has Fulfillment’s former president Esther Kestenbaum Prozan received the year’s Women in Supply Chain Award. The award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

Following that, Ruby Has began Q4 with being named a Gold Winner in the Entrepreneur category of the 2021 Titan Business Awards. The awards program seeks to recognize all business professionals from different fields for their passion and credibility in their work. Titan Business Awards winners chosen in October 2021 were recognized for going above and beyond the status quo – promoting their strategies, cultures, and teamwork to the world.

In November 2021, Ruby Has was honored to be included in The 10 Best Supply Chain Solution Providers, 2021. The recognition celebrates how, through its unique operational styles and innovation, RH has become a key business vertical in recent years, establishing itself as one of the most trusted 3PL names in the industry. Rounding it out in the 2021 holiday season, three of Ruby Has Fulfillment’s female leaders were highlighted as some of the Most Influential Women in Supply Chain, 2021. Former RH president Esther Kestenbaum Prozan was featured as the cover story for Insights Success Magazine in this honored list. Also recognized were Vice President of Global Marketing Claire Bretzke and Director of Business Development Jessica Burgess.
