We delivered our services with resilience and efficiency at scale and as a result our clients thrived and grew beyond all expectations. We stayed nimble, treated our employees well, followed world-class safety protocols, and responded quickly to clients’ needs. Everything we’ve done since then has been about adding further flexibility, resilience, and speed to our operations. In fact, we won the prestigious Stevie Business Award for our Covid response.
This year, with peak season coming while the Covid Delta variant is on the rise and worldwide supply chain issues are making the news, we have further strengthened our best practices to provide seamless services for you and your customers. We’ve also added automation and robotics to our fulfillment centers, so we can quickly ramp up for spikes in orders.
Now more than ever we continue to be true partners to our clients, conducting meetings to understand sales forecasts, prepare, and optimize inventory areas, and make sure we’re meeting client needs in terms of space, labor, automation, and reporting.
Most importantly, we’re focusing on our people. We’re recruiting early to staff our distribution centers through the peak season. As we did last year, we’ll make sure to take care of our team members and, as always, ensure that our processes and distribution centers are compliant with all evolving safety protocols so we can stay up and running when you need us most.
