
Ruby Has Wins 2021 Excellence in Customer Service Award
Presented by Business Intelligence Group, Ruby Has won the Award for Customer Service Excellence.
This annual business awards program recognizes those who are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.
Ruby Has was selected to the list for its unwavering commitment to customer service. The company recently hired Christine Warren to head up its Customer Success division. With its rapid growth, Christine leads a team entirely dedicated to the Ruby Has client base.
The company recently debuted its next generation fulfillment and warehouse management offering that gives customers increased visibility into their fulfillment operations to make smarter, more informed business decisions.
“As a fulfillment provider, it’s imperative we continue to evolve our product to best meet the demands of the retail industry, particularly during a time of such radical transformation,” said Warren. “It’s also crucial that we have a laser focus on our customers as they rely on us to hold their inventory and make sure it gets to their customers correctly and at the right time.”

Organizations from across the globe submitted their recent innovations for consideration in the Excellence in Customer Service Awards. Nominations were then judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions.
