First Council Cohorts Bring Together Best-of-Breed DTC Ecommerce, Software, and Fintech Companies


Ruby Has Fulfillment has launched Client and Partner Advisory Councils in order to listen to clients ever more closely and to fold valuable input into go-forward technologies and services. The councils will also further build on Ruby Has’ already strong position as a technology and services hub, delivering industry-shaping thought leadership to clients through partnerships and alliances. “The Client and Partner Advisory Councils will bring both of these interrelated aspects of our work to new levels of excellence by continuing to keep Ruby Has well ahead of client needs and e-commerce industry ecosystem directions,” said Ruby Has President Esther Kestenbaum.

The Client Advisory Council was formed to provide feedback and counsel to Ruby Has executive management as the “voice of the client” on products, services and technology offerings. The Partner Advisory Council will focus on major industry trends and ways to enhance DTC e-commerce companies’ businesses in a wide variety of ways. The council includes Netsuite, QuadPay, Linnworks, SPS Commerce, Skubana, Fenix Commerce, Flavorcloud and Loop Returns. “At Ruby Has, we feel a deep responsibility to provide value and solutions through partnerships that drive growth for our DTC brand clients,” said Matthew Carpentieri, VP of Global Partnerships at Ruby Has. “The inception of the Ruby Has Partner Advisory Council is meant to accomplish just that.
